I can’t really give a review of their performance because they never took the time to complete the work. They came out to my home to review the damages and I never received an estimate for the work to be done. I had to call several times, and each time I was told I would receive the estimate or an update by the end of the day, but neither ever happened. I would recommend to anyone thinking about using this company to just choose another, because all they did for me was waste my time. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Peter and his team came within an hour after the call. They are very professional and know exactly what to do to prevent further damages. They installed dehumidifiers around the house. We were able to fix walls, flooring, and paintings within 2 weeks at very reasonable cost. I highly recommend 911 restoration and will definitely use their services again for remodeling.
